Thursday was dramatic, Friday is ok.
So much happened yesterday. I had work and was all "work work work" and then immediately after I drove around and had to run a bunch of errands within an hour. I got everything (including getting all my music equipment into my car) done, and then drove up to SF for class.
I had a presentation in electronic music class so I had to lug my dulcimer and synth across campus (I had already got my other stuff into the studio). That synth gets HEAVY after you've been carrying it awhile! My arms are sore. I also had an awful emergency when I realized I had left my synth's power supply at home (argh).
My presentation/setup demo for class was....okay. I think I did a decent job, but the general reaction from class was "(blank stare)." Eventually some people talked to me but it could have been better!
After class was ELISA'S BIRTHDAY PARTY! It was so fun...I don't have much to say but that it was great and full of delicious food!
So yes, maybe those events combined with the tasty cider drink I had to inspire feelings of groggy "ugh" today!
