My finals situation
To-do for finals:
Art in the 1980's: The Postmodern Dilemma
1. See the Kentridge exhibit at the SFMOMA.
2. Write a short response essay about it.
3. Take the final exam.
Japanese Women Writers
1. Write the Happiness paper.
2. Take the final exam.
Imagery, Metaphor and Symbol
1. Write the final essay.
2. Do the parable workshop reflection.
Japanese Cultural Topics: TV and Radio
1. Do the Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon presentation in class.
2. Write the ten-page beastly paper on Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon.
Intro to Electronic Music Studio
1. Make a short FM synthesis sketch.
2. Make a final project.
3. Make an extra project to receive a final unit of credit.
No need to panic, right?
And uhh, GEEEEZ you guys. I had A TON OF SHIT TO DO. I feel slightly less bad about all the rushing around I had to do at the end of the semester. The next time my parents criticize me and my procrastination, I'm going to point out how very entitled I was to put all this shit off. And honestly? Many of these assignments' prompts were only available shortly before their due dates. It's not much of a procrastination if you had no other choice but to wait.
THIS WAS A HARD SEMESTER. More rewarding than last semester but.....ugh. I am so tired. So. Very. Tired. Will a semester ever end in which I DON'T long to leave the civilized world and become a mountain man?
